Your role will involve analyzing market dynamics, identifying opportunities for growth, and designing effective routes to market that align with the company's overall business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the development and implementation of incentive plans to drive channel partner engagement and motivate sales teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, market trends, and customer preferencesMarket Analysis: Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market dynamics assessment, to identify potential growth opportunities and challengesRoute to Market Design: Assess existing channel distribution network and propose improvements to optimize efficiency, coverage, and customer reach.
