You will lead a team of Partner GTM Solutions Managers to collaborate with various business units, product teams, and external partners to craft tailor-made solutions that address complex business problems and provide exceptional value to our customers.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and inspire a team of Partner GTM Solutions Managers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environmentProvide mentorship and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilitiesFoster a culture of innovation within the solution factory, encouraging creative thinking and the development of cutting-edge solutions and methodologiesAllocate resources effectively to balance the demands of multiple solution development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and resource optimizationSolution FrameworkEstablish and optimize the end-to-end blueprint for joint solutions, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and launchSupport the Learn/Market/Sell/Deliver of joint solutions by embedding into partner enablement, demand gen, and delivery capabilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute integrated joint platform solutions that address customer challenges across industriesEnsure solutions framework adheres to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirementsPerformance Monitoring and ReportingAccountable for the end-to-end success of the joint offers, established vision and strategy for growth and optimization, and effectiveness in talent and leadership developmentProvide regular reports and updates to the VP of Joint Platform Solutions on team achievements and progressQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
