The successful candidate will have well rounded experience specific in US benefit and retirement plan administration, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. This individual should be self-directed, organized, have strong attention to detail and be able to operate in a complex and confidential environment with maturity and tact. ResponsibilitiesProvides analysis and input that helps set global strategy, most specific in the United States, Canada and LATAMInform and advise HR & business leaders on benefit policy and programsWill own key relationships with vendorsAssist with new benefit initiatives and manage the implementation processes in partnership with HR and the businessRun reports related to the administration of benefit plans; complete necessary audits required to meet regulatory and compliance needsAssist to improve benefits delivery operations processes by partnering with Global HR teams, Payroll team to upgrade operation efficiency and employee experienceEnsure US and other country benefits compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; providing knowledge related to the regulatory and legal requirements for employee benefit and retirement plansAssist with benefit plans and associated provider relationships and oversee the annual benefit renewal cycleOwn benefits billing for benefits programs. This includes obtaining and reconciling invoices, creating purchase requests, POs, and submitting and tracking paymentsAssist in benefits communications, updating and maintaining certain benefits documents and creating engaging and value add contentKeep informed of changes in benefits market, legislation and compliance and propose changes to Equinix plans as requiredAssist with M&A integration activities and other benefits related projects as requiredQualificationsAble to build strong working relationships with teams and key stakeholders on an international basisExperience of working with a globally matrixed organizationStrong vendor management skills with the ability to understand contractsExperience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business casesProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong communication and presentation skillsWorkday (or comparable HR System) experience3+ years’ experience in a similar role preferredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
