Successfully leading development programs includes driving a communication plan, enrolling employees, acting as the first line of inquiry for talent development needs for employees and partners, managing vendors and stakeholders, engaging in learning activities with participants, moderating live sessions, managing talent management tools & systems, driving measurement and analytics, and implementing improvements to the programs they lead.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementComplete management of one or more Talent Development programs, includingCrafting and implementing project plansManaging and updating stakeholders and vendorsWriting and sending communicationsEnrolling participants in the program, responding to queries in a timely manner, and moderating participants’ engagement throughout the programManaging all program data in the Talent Management tools including the LMS (SumTotal), Intrepid (a Collaborative Learning Platform), and LinkedIn LearningManaging the measurement and analytics of the programsPartnering with Client Services (HRBPs, HRBAs, HR Managers) and other HR teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Engagement) to collect feedback and needs, and constantly improve the programsProgram Design & facilitationIdentifies and implements continuous improvements to the employee experience for the designated Talent Development programs (including digital learning content and updates to live events material), providing feedback to the product owner accordinglyProvides moderation and facilitation and support for live kick-offs, graduations, and workshops in the programsAnalyticsCollates and distributes program reporting and learning trend analytics for designated TalentDevelopment programs, sharing with stakeholders in a proactive wayInterprets analytics and develops recommendationsKnowledge and SkillsExcellent Project and Program Management skillsCustomer service oriented, comfortable with engaging with employees at all levelsOrganization and detail orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsModeration and facilitation skillsAbility to analyze data to deliver insightsStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to work on multiple projectsKnowledge of talent management and instructional design principles and practicesKnowledge of Learning Management Systems - preferredQualifications3+ years’ experience preferredDegree in Human Resources or related business studies preferredStrong experience managing talent development programs – from start to endRegional collaboration and communication experience particularly within a matrixed organizationExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to act on changing prioritiesEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
