We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.*As of Quarter 4 2022Job SummarySupervises day-to-day work of the team, shifts related to dayli operations and maintenance plan, providing skills training, managing team budget and ensuring team metrics are achieved.ResponsibilitiesPlan shifts and activities for technicians team operating  24 / 7 / 365.Plan and supervise various types of maintenance (i.e  planned, predictive, corrective) with accordance to the plan and the resources of the team.Assign team to provide necessary support to the third-party contractors and service providers on site;Coordinate and schedule supplier/vendor activities on-site;Check time and quality of the services performed by managed technicans as well as external contractors / service providers;Prepare and / or check: methods of procedure (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency operating procedures (EOPs);Provide  / check / leverage the knowledge of MOP / SOP/ EOP procedures in the managed team;Operate with CMMS to track the assets and related work orders for day-to-day maintenance;Report weekly / monthly on the DC infrastructure;Understand, follow and provide safety trainings for team ( i.e job hazard assessments, toolbox talks, business processes and procedures) to properly perform work in a safe and reliable manner  and in accordance with local and Equinix requirements.Qualifications and requirementsProven years of work experience in maintenance in data center/telecom/industrial environment 24/7 (i.e refinery, pharma, manufacturing, automotive or related fields);Certified and experienced in exploitation and supervisory electrics works above 1kV (SEP grupa I certificate ), HVAC / mechanical instalations ( SEP grupa II certificate) ;Experienced in team management;Knowledge of operations in the critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, controls, generator/UPS, fire protection, access control and intrusion alarm systems);Business proficiency in English and Polish;Flexible, open-minded approach and team work focused attitude;Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
