As Senior Manager, Data Center Reporting Products, you will lead a team that shepherds analytics, insight and visualization products through the discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and maintenance cycle.  The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader who has a deep empathy for customer needs, excels in complex systems thinking, and is excited about delivering data-derived insights to customers. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are keen to partner broadly with a wide variety of stakeholders.  Responsibilities Lead a team of Product Management professionals to define and deliver compelling roadmaps supporting customer power, sustainability, and security reporting needs Engage with Billing, Capacity Management, Sustainability Program Office, and Customer Insights teams to synthesize inputs, understand and prioritize requirements Collaborate with the DCIM platform team, UI/UX design, and Product Engineering to take products from concept to launch Monitor industry reporting, data center market and regulatory trends and competitor reporting offerings as inputs to develop industry-leading data visualization and reporting interface Mentor new PMs, set and manage goals, and share best practices with the team Manage stakeholder expectations, internal and external communications   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of demonstrated success in fast-paced product management role for software products 5+ years of experience managing people (i.e., direct reports) Deeply understand colocation power offerings and data center sustainability metrics 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics domain, targeting enterprise customers Experience working with multiple data lakes and reporting visualization solutionsProven record of successfully launching new products or new product capabilities Proven ability to drive positive outcomes by successfully collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from various levels and areas of the organization Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
