In this role, you will design and deliver vision and philosophy related to evaluation and enablement of individual and team performance, high potential identification and succession planning for all employees at Equinix. You will develop simple and scalable approaches with measurable impact. You will work with key stakeholders to align on strategic business outcomes, set mechanisms for seamless execution, be a continuous voice of the customer, and engage in ongoing process improvement. You will also ensure strategic enablement of managers and employees through developing practices in these areas that drive growth mindsets and leading with transparency. In addition, you will partner with key stakeholders around training, change management, UAT and drive performance of ongoing process analytics and reporting of process effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Evolve our talent planning and performance management frameworks to drive strategic and objective talent dialogues Leverage best-in-class practices to develop, implement and track key process performance indicators Drive continuous process improvement to maximize business value of the process. Build depth in business acumen to develop the vision and value proposition around talent programs through the lens of key business stakeholders Apply analytical acumen to gain insights on process impact on human & business performance. Talent & Performance Programs Formulate philosophies underlying talent processes such as HIPO identification, talent pools, succession planning promotions. Design processes to ensure they drive leadership excellence and objectively identify top talent and talent pools Ensures that these programs are implemented successfully across the enterprise using defined success measures Build strategies that enable recognition of performance in partnership with Total Rewards Partner with Experience Delivery Product Management to constantly evolve, improve and further simplify programs to ensure full adoption Leadership Lead a team of direct and indirect reports who build, manage and scale complex programs that involve significant change management, high-profile outcomes and multiple organizational partners Provide leadership, growth and mentoring to direct and indirect team members Manage consistency of demand prioritization, product quality, and project delivery Bring practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment Consulting & Stakeholder collaboration Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business and HR stakeholders. Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop and identify change management and enablement efforts Work closely with our Experience Product Management team to translate stakeholder business needs into process, technology, or enablement improvements and drive execution with feedback loop to the stakeholders Act as a key liaison to the HR Business Partners and business leaders on performance & career progression topics Ensures that the talent management solutions achieve the desired business outcome Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of domain experience in conceiving and implementing effective talent programs related to performance evaluation, career development, high potential identification, succession planning, and executive development Proven experience in building and leading a people team An agile & growth-oriented mindset Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication style and content to the audience; ability to influence without authority; experience working with different executive and leadership levels Bachelor’s Degree preferred Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
