Specializes in two or more areas of expertise related to Corporate Real Estate operations i.e, Sustainability, Contract Management, Compliance, etc. Uses wide-ranged advanced experience to resolve complex issues.ResponsibilitiesPlanningOversees corporate real estate planning and operationsPromotes and executes strategic space planning to efficiently manage CRE portfolioHelps support facility-specific cost saving targets to contribute to improved efficiencyOperationsEnsures the regional CRE Ops organization is in compliance with company processes and policies (in particular: finance, legal, compliance, health & safety, security and risk)Create thorough playbooks, procedures and training documentation for the portfolioResponsible for corporate real estate management of offices in EuropeSeeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfactionDevelops and manages functional budgets and metrics and provides regular reports as requiredBusiness ContinuityAssumes leadership role for Business Continuity Planning across the regionAccountable for compliance with HSE regulations regarding statutory and building policies and procedures and works to implement safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures with staffPeople ManagementProvides coaching to a dispersed teamHonors our culture (the Magic of Equinix and the Operating Norms) and holds others to account for the sameProvides leadership and guidance to team members, setting clear goals, developing individual capabilities, and providing quarterly and year-end feedback to individual on overall performanceActively encourages the inclusivity, wellness and sustainability of the department's activities from the grass roots upServant leadership - service to the team rather than the self.
