The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be proactive and resourceful, and have a customer-first mentality. The EA, Legal & HR will be a strong player who demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, solid organization skills, and experience managing competing priorities daily.  Responsibilities Support the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Legal and SVP, Head of Talent with administrative duties Manage calendar and travel schedules and routinely plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, across multiple time zones, including meeting logistics and the resolution of schedule conflicts in a timely manner Become a strategic partner with your executives to effectively manage their time and efficiency by understanding company dynamics, project deadlines, awareness of executive goals for their organization, and being a gatekeeperBuild and leverage collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants across the company, as well as intimate collaboration within Legal and HR Executive Assistants Build collaborative relationships with Legal and HR Chiefs of Staff and HRBP Prepare, review and track expense reports Organize meetings and develop meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed Plan and organize special events within HR and Legal departments Coordinate special projects as needed Other duties as assigned based on the skills and capabilities of the individual Qualifications  Proven years of work experience preferred in completing task like those above within a corporate or legal environment preferred Proven years of experience preferred in supporting senior executives with large global teams preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook  Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment with little oversight Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a culturally diverse and global company preferred Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
