The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of managed service provider market and solutions, a proven history of building technologies and enabling MSPs to build services on third-party software platforms, and a dynamic ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.  Responsibilities: Identify and assess product, APIs, and technical enablement requirements for MSP partners aligned with our product roadmap, addressing any product gaps effectively. Collaborate with MSPs to conceive and develop new use cases and product features, elevating the competitive advantage of our offerings. Spearhead the creation of compelling business cases for MSP product development, highlighting potential benefits, ROI, and strategic alignment. Engage closely with product teams to comprehend the technical aspects of partner services and ensure seamless integration with Equinix offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure joint product development and alignment of roadmaps, fostering continuous innovation and market differentiation. Monitor and evaluate partner performance, monitoring key metrics and outcomes to ensure alignment with goals and objectives. Stay attuned to industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify fresh partnership opportunities, bolstering the competitiveness of our products. Skills and Attributes: Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of distinguished experience in product management, and technical business development within the managed service provider and technology domain. Demonstrated proficiency in identifying, negotiating, and successfully managing strategic technology partnerships. Comprehensive understanding of managed service provider technologies, market dynamics, and evolving customer demands. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering robust relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a keen ability to evaluate market opportunities, analyze data, and make well-informed decisions. Track record of crafting compelling business cases, conducting ROI analysis, and delivering persuasive presentations to executive leadership. Strong technical acumen to grasp intricate technical concepts and seamlessly facilitate product integrations. Proven project management acumen, proficient in steering multiple initiatives concurrently and driving them to successful conclusions. Collaborative and team-driven approach, skilled in effectively collaborating across departments and functions. Innovative and proactive spirit, eager to pioneer new opportunities and drive continuous innovation.  Join our team as the Director of Managed Service Provider Product Management and play a pivotal role in shaping our partnership strategy, propelling product innovation, and delivering unmatched value to our valued customers.  Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
