As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing partner program strategies that strengthen our ecosystem and deliver value to our customers and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build the framework of Equinix Digital Services technology partner ecosystem program framework, build the plan, foster strong relationships with technology partners, drive collaboration, and champion innovation.  Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive partner program strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives mutual success for our organization and technology partners. Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic technology partners, understanding their business objectives, and identifying areas of mutual opportunity. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings and joint go-to-market initiatives. Lead the identification and onboarding of new technology partners, evaluating their fit within our ecosystem and negotiating mutually beneficial partnership agreements. Create and manage program frameworks, incentives, and benefits that motivate technology partners to engage actively and drive growth. Drive joint marketing and sales activities, including co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and collateral development, to increase partner visibility and generate leads. Collaborate with product teams to influence the roadmap and product enhancements based on partner and customer feedback. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, demonstrating the impact of the partner program on the organization's growth. Manage a team of partner program professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth. Skills and Attributes: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience (X+ years) in technology partner programs, partner ecosystem strategy, and planning or related roles. Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner program strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with technology partners, executives, and cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to align partner programs with overall business objectives. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions. Leadership experience with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with cloud Infrastructure and services technology trends, emerging markets, and competitive landscapes. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or software industry.  If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for building strategic partnerships and driving innovation, we invite you to join our team as the Director of Technology Partner Program. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
