Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.What you'll be doing?Plan, develop, oversee and deliver complex customer data center implementations.Manages customer project implementations to ensure they are completed in compliance with Equinix information security policies, operations processes, procedures and standardsCoordinates with Operations to ensure labor and equipment resources are assigned accordingly to facilitate project implementation and customer supportProvides guidance and support on development of project implementation standardsVendor support including purchase requests submittal, vendor invoicing and final receipt of goods, consistent with implementation timelineSupports data integrity and provides support to ensure install base accuracyWhat do you need?3+ years experience preferredElectrical EngineeringBachelor's degree preferredKnowledge of Data Center infrastructure including facilities and operationsStrong Project Management skills, including large scale customer implementationsCustomer-focused mindsetStrong communication skills including the ability to present to key stakeholdersAbility to Analyze metrics to identify Data Center Operations system and process issues, proposes solutions and works with Regional Operations for implementation of solutionsThe ability to identify implementation risks, analyze solutions and execute with a high sense of urgencyEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
