Develops, modifies and implements company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Accountable for department budget which may be broad and have far reaching impact on the business segment.ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and guide a team of 24/7/365 skilled critical facility engineers and professionals, including lead engineers and shift engineersLand and facility managementParticipate in regular meeting with customer to establish healthy relationshipParticipate in discussion on fit-out & construction within customer licensed spaces from IBX operation point of view.Apply your experience and skills in electrical, UPS, mechanical, and control systems, including HVAC systems, generators, and safety systems Lead complex incident management and fault resolution by investigating the issue, identifying the cause, and implementing the necessary fix.
