Person employed as Sales Transaction Coordinator will be part of Order Management Team and perform the key functions of orders queue management and configuration of orders for Equinix products and services. Order Management is one of the key stages of the Quote to Cash process. The role will perform daily duties including inbound queries, ticket management and team representation at meetings. Sales Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for service request and order management including validation, configuration, submission, inflight changes and cancellations of orders. The role will have a close working relationship with multiple internal teams, such as Quote Support, Sales Reps, Customer Support Managers, Sales Engineers and Fulfillment Teams in order to ensure timely and successful progress of orders to fulfillment and billing.RequirementsExperience in Customer Support Organization / Sales Support Organization / Order ManagementHigh level of computer literacy (internet browsers, file management, communication tools)Expertise in MS Office is essential (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)Proven track record to build and develop relationships through usual communications methods with a Customer-focused attitude and approach to dealing with other departments and teamsExperience in working as member of a team in a large organizationExperience in cooperating with multiple departments to resolve issues and deliver solutionsStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyTime management skillsBe highly adept at problem solvingProficiency in English – written and verbalCommunicative Polish and any other language would be an assetSiebel, Salesforce, ServiceNow expertise is a plusQualificationsProven years of experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
