At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you, please read on!THE JOB We are seeking a skilled and dedicated platform manager with expertise in using Broadsign, a software as a service (SaaS) platform, to join our team for a temporary contract period of 2-4 months. You will be responsible for managing campaign operations and ensuring the successful deployment of out-of-home advertising across our network. You will handle content management, network administration, troubleshooting, and support activities to deliver engaging and effective digital signage experiences to our audience.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Manage the Broadsign platform, including scheduling and playback, to deliver impactful digital signage campaigns.Upload, organize, and update various types of content, such as images, videos, and interactive elements, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging user experiences.Create and maintain schedules for content playback, considering factors like location, time slots, and audience demographics.Monitor the digital signage network, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, system patches, and hardware troubleshooting.Provide user support and training to internal teams and external clients on using the BroadSign platform effectively.Receive and intake static and video assets from the field, including touring, marketing, and sponsorship materials.Name and catalog assets for deployment and archiving purposes, maintaining a well-organized asset library.Schedule and program the video loop based on intake instructions, such as flight duration and venue location, while adhering to network guidelines for rotation and sequencing.Publish and conduct quality assurance checks on the loops to ensure a successful deployment across our advertising network.Review and confirm proof of play data and distribute logs to the designated distribution list.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGBackground in advertising, marketing, or digital signage industry.Proven track record in effectively managing and utilizing the Broadsign platform, ideally within an out-of-home (OOH) advertising context.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and scripting languages, enabling customization and advanced functionality.Prior experience working with content management systems (CMS) and player software.Comprehensive understanding of digital signage hardware components and configurations.Exceptional technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues associated with digital signage infrastructure.Strong understanding of content scheduling and management principles, encompassing playlist creation, campaign management, and remote content updates.Sound knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and network troubleshooting methodologies.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visaLive Nation’s policy regarding vaccinations and masking will evolve based upon updated regulations and factors related to COVID-19.
