A planner who backwards maps from big goals to drive daily actions.  Culturally, you thrive on teams with low egos, high EQs, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for live music.The Role:In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Signals & Delivery team.  This will primarily consist of working with ecommerce platform teams to ensure data quality and media teams to support campaign activities.  This involves Tier 1 support of marketing tag placements, Meta/Snap/TikTok Pixels/CM360 Floodlights, across the Live Nation global suite of ticketing platforms.  Support responsibilities include; implementation, QA, browser network collection, and reporting.  Most tasks will be managed in the form of a Helpdesk style support portal and ticket queue. A successful candidate will be comfortable with writing and troubleshooting Javascript tag code implementations as well as have a solid understanding of how data is expected to land in the media platforms. Strategic efforts will have an emphasis on the continuous improvement of web and app tagging infrastructure and ongoing implementation of Data Governance principles.  Independent contributions will be made in the form of participation in vendor beta programs, executing technical proof-of-concepts, and delivery of post-experimentation analysis.You will be the subject expert for digital analytics and marketing data collection from our online marketplaces. You will serve as a primary contact to internal stakeholders around managing and enhancing digital measurement implementations. Driving consumer privacy and data governance practices on a global platform will be a foundation for all your efforts.  The delivery of reporting and analytics solutions under your management will have a strategic impact on media practices and product decision-making of the entire Live Nation Marketing & Data division.People working in fields with adjacent marketing and media roles such as ad operations, website development, frontend engineering, or systems analyst are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Manage the implementation, processes, and architecture of tracking plans for Global Ticketing Platforms within Tag Management / Event Forwarding systemsPerform end-to-end implementation of tracking and pixel tags ensuring that they fire properly and data flows so that reporting accurately captures the desired actions and behaviorsProvide operational support to debug and troubleshoot issues with analytics/media delivery, performance, and discrepancies related to digital campaign activation (display, video, social, mobile, and programmatic)Oversee updates to the OneTrust consent management platform to maintain compliance with global Privacy directivesWork with engineering teams on best practices and standards for tagging across all fan-facing web/mobile platformsCommunication of status updates on widespread bugs and revenue impacting anomalies with all relevant stakeholders via JIRALead documentation enhancements for global tagging practices, policies, and technical requirementsParticipate in ad hoc projects; such as researching and implementing new digital advertising technologies, Ad Ops processes, or advertising productsProvide thought leadership in digital marketing & analytics data capture technologies, attribution, and reportingQualifications:Technical Skills:Advanced Javascript coding skills in modern browser environments with corresponding HTML/DOM knowledgeProficient in configuration, deployment, and authoring of JS/HTML in sites/CMS systems or via tag managers such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment, Adobe TagsDemonstrated experience validating Javascript tags, 3rd party pixels, and data layer code at the Browser network request level to ensure tracking is accurate and reflects in reportingAbility to read and comprehend code in one or more common web languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, REACT, DHTML/CSS, or other frameworksAdvanced knowledge or exposure to Web/App engineering practices and delivery process (ie.
