THE ROLE:Live Nation is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual for a Vice President, Ticketing Operations role within the Concerts division. Reporting to the SVP, Pricing & Ticketing, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing ways to elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of our Tour Ticketing operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a venue box office or similar ticketing role working with ticketing software, along with a strong knowledge of all elements involved with tour wide ticketing execution. The ability to communicate with respect and diplomacy across all levels of business is essential to this position. Maintaining knowledge of current ticketing trends in entertainment industry is an essential element to this position. Responsibilities:Lead and advance the primary Tour Ticketing objectives of the Live Nation Concerts divisionFoster a strong, collaborative, cohesive culture across the Tour Ticketing team. Mentor, coach, and inspire the Tour Ticketing team across Live Nation’s Concerts division.Drive increased consistency and standardization across all aspects of Tour Ticketing operations.Proactively monitor existing tours to identify opportunities to improve operations and drive higher effectiveness.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create new processes to facilitate more efficient tour builds and event management throughout the sales cycle.Design and administer a robust training program to enhance and develop the skillsets of Tour Ticketing team members. Collaborate with ticketing providers on rollout, product adoption and training for any new technology solutions.Work with primary ticketing providers on any Tour Ticketing product requests and reporting enhancements.
