Abuse Prevention is critical to this mission, with the Abuse Prevention product team defining the strategy to ensure Abuse Operation tools, Live Nation and Ticketmaster abuse platform controls and reporting are aligned to enable teams to defend against attacks impacting fair access to ticketing.THE ROLETicketmaster has a commanding global presence, operating in 32 countries and attracting 1B annual digital visitors globally. Ticketmaster also attracts 1B bad requests per day. The ticketing industry faces attacks unique to the experiences our fans enjoy. You will define and advocate our path to ensure teams can react quickly to the threats faced in getting tickets into the hands of those fans.As Director of Product on our Abuse Prevention team, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, owning the business requirements, improving metrics for the abuse platform controls and partnering with 3rd party partners and integrators. You will understand attack vectors for scraping, disruption and fraud and be familiar with the differences in how they are applied globally and to different parts of the Live Nation ticketing business.
