These applications are part of a diverse suite of tools, mainly for sports clients, including B2C & B2B ticketing tools to manage events, memberships and allocations, business intelligence and operational reporting, cross business collaboration tools, and payments, financial settlement and point of sales applications for selling tickets at venues, outlets and call centres. THE JOBThe Enterprise Sports Product team is currently seeking a skilled, energetic Associate Director of Product to lead the tournaments and white label Sports Product Team in Athens. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership ability to combine outstanding product vision with the hands-on skills to work with cross functional teams in delivering new products and features quickly to market. Ensuring our business leads the way in the future of the live entertainment industry, and support and develop your team members.The responsibilities for the role cover managing a cross-functional team to ensure Ticketmaster delivers on its core business goal. Working with them to identify market opportunities, manage stakeholders, competitive analysis, roadmap and product planning, requirements gathering, product specification creation and the continuous improvement of our processes. You will be responsible for one or more products and services across international domains from inception to launch.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGManagement of a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts at various levels of experience to include coaching, continuous professional development, recognizing individual strengths, building goals around them and peer reviews.To work with the VP Product Sports and other Directors to deliver product vision and strategy for Sports products.To build excellent relationships with all our internal and external customers to clearly understand and represent their business needs for each product.To gain a comprehensive understanding of our external business customers and their system needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis.To identify and research market and commercial opportunities through existing and cutting-edge technologies presenting findings and recommendations back to the VP Product Sports demonstrating the business value of the proposed solution.To drive product solutions with regards to goals, business case, functional requirements, design, and user interfaceTo define product specifications using clear, consistent, and unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria with any supporting documentation requiredDrive product solutions with regards to goals, creating business cases, design and user interfaceTo constantly update and prioritise product and business requirements using Roadmaps and Product BacklogsTo work closely with Clients, Business Representatives, Engineers, Architecture, QA, Design, Project Management and Support teams during the release process to provide clarity around product feature definition, customer requirements and Sprint goals.To track the business value of new features or enhancements using key performance indicators, reporting on ROI over agreed timeframes.To set an example to other members of the team on the shared ownership of all tasks required to complete good quality work for the delivery of product features and enhancements.To actively participate in the development of a self-managing cross functional team where every member of a project or release believes that they are “all in this together”.Must be able to work overtime as and when required including global travel and attending conference calls with global team members.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOWProven Agile product management experience.Considerable experience as a Product Manager for an ecommerce company.
