This person will assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks on non-show days and on show days.Responsibilities: As Event Manager, the successful candidate will:• Oversee setup and teardown of the venue for events• Make sure staff is appropriately placed to open the doors on time• Make sure all entry points are staffed, safe and moving appropriately• Monitor safety throughout the entire venue property during events• Assist and communicate with all department managers to successfully run the event• Address guest issues while on site• Assist with tour requests, as needed• Other duties as assignedRequirements: • High level of communication skills• Ability to communicate, listen and take direction effectively• Must be able to adapt to a constantly changing and, at times, stressful work environment• Understanding of Live Nation and venue specific policies and procedures• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work in all weather conditions• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time• Ability to lift 50lbs+• Understanding of basic computer programs and willingness to learn• Willingness to assist with variety of operations throughout the venueApplicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
