This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge in product. Working side-by-side with our talented engineers and other product managers, you’ll help define the next generation of Ticketmaster’s marketing products. The role sits within the wider Revenue and Demand team, which includes Marketing, Pricing, Distribution, & Analytics tools.The role will help build and scale a suite of products for live event marketers to build and deepen relationships with fans, alongside selling out shows. You will be building capabilities to support marketers – from planning to campaign execution and optimisation. As Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the execution of critical projects, whilst contributing to the wider goals of the marketing product suite.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGHelp manage the entire product suite life cycle – influencing product strategy and direction; defining and prioritising product requirements, features and functionality; contribute to product roadmaps as well as recommend product direction.Lead product discovery for critical projects to resolve some of our clients’ biggest marketing challengesSpecify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and analysing site and feature performanceHelp manage feature development and product rollout including development of specs and acceptance criteria for user stories.Produce up to date and accurate feature documentation, both within the release cycle as well as in an ad-hoc capacityPartner with in-house teams including engineering, data services, marketing measurement, digital media and analytics to agree on strategy and product directionDevelop and track metrics for success, ensuring the team is clear on their objectives every step of the way. Ship stable products and scale them with a focus on quality. Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities.
