Job Summary:Schedule vendors for monthly maintenance/services.Collect bids and oversee larger repairs and manage special projects. Oversee in-house maintenance department and janitorial company.Order and organize supplies. Perform small repairs, as needed.We are seeking an individual who is responsible, motivated, can work independently and organize teams to keep them on task. Schedule must be flexible and may vary week to week.
