Job Summary:The 508 Club is an exclusive membership program granting members access to premium tickets and concierge service. The pilot program is launching in 2024 in Austin, TX, with the goal of expanding to additional markets in subsequent months/years. We are seeking a Senior Program Operations Manager to oversee and manage the program operations, build all aspects of the operational playbook as a key member of the team bringing this vision to life. The ideal candidate has experience in the event, venue and ticketing operations space, and is comfortable managing a team of full-time staff, vendors, and contractors. This person needs to be a confident and persuasive ambassador of the concept and inspire others — whether members, staff, or event/venue operators — to want to be a part of it. Responsibilities Participate in the planning and ideation of the overall program plans. Develop, execute and oversee the operational playbook for the program, including future plans for new markets. Manage and track operations budget. Assist in the development of and maintain a concierge staffing plan. Oversee concierge staff onboarding as well as the hiring/training process, including the development of a staffing guide. Produce all creative collateral, such as gifts, giveaways/promotional products, printed collateral, etc. and coordinate with suppliers, as needed. Oversee the creation of schematics of all areas and structures where requiredOversee the advance and execution of all hospitality and pop-up experiences. Venues Act as the key operational relationship holder for all venues.Assist in the build out and oversee execution of a hospitality plan for each venue ensuring a smooth experience for stakeholders and clients.Create and maintain site plans specific to the program for all venues. Create and maintain a list of event and venue partners. Ticketing & Box OfficeAct as the key relationship holder for all box offices.Assist in the build out and oversee the execution of all ticketing procurement plans.Create and maintain a list of ticketing partners. Qualifications: 5+ years of event production, venue management, and ticketing operations. Proven track record in procuring and managing event vendors and staff. Ability to create and manage operations budgets. Experience in creating an operations playbook and guidelines. Passion for live events Desire to deliver unqualified customer satisfaction. Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable and professional disposition Ability to attend events and concerts as required.Ability and desire to travel as needed.
