Job Summary:Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM & Social Media) – Temporary RoleAs Digital Marketing Specialist (CRM & Social Media) your will support the execution of campaigns across Social and CRM channels. In this role, you’ll work closely and report to both Social Media manager and Head of Marketing.This is a non-permanent role due to finish the 31st of December.What this role will doPlan and execute campaigns for artists and tours in Social MediaHelp to provide best fan experience in the industry: monitor and respond to all fan questions and direct messages across our social media platformsCreate emails and segmentations, manage push alerts and browse pushDevelop a CRM testing program allowing the organization to know more about its fansSupport post creation for B2C and B2B blogsCommunicate with external agencies and manage requests, particularly ad hoc videosParticipate in special projects and perform other related duties as requestedWhat this person will bringBachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fieldMinimum 1+ years prior experience working as digital marketing specialist or similar roleHands on experience with key social media platforms and posting tools including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTokAn exceptional ability to multi-task, stay organized, and self-manage tight deadlines and high volumeA positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretionAdvanced level of English and Spanish needed Additionally, we will strongly value:Experience with:Adobe Photoshop or graphic design softwareMicrosoft Excel or similarGoogle AnalyticsSprout SocialSalesForce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM ToolsLIFE AT TICKETMASTERWe are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
