This role owns profit/loss responsibility for the Aspire Pest market and products that include the FieldRoutes platform. In this role you will need experience working with sales, marketing, product and support teams to effectively grow existing products as well as launch new ones. SaaS and green or related industries experience is required.What You’ll Do: Establish a plan and manage the overall P&L of the Pest market products and business in close coordination with finance and senior managementProvide leadership through collaboration with functional leaders to design and implement programs that meet organizational objectivesDevelop, implement and oversee strategies for increased growthWork with the organization to maintain a forecast and targeted sales plans focused on exceeding expectations.Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partnersWork with others to provide appropriate data analytics of sales, revenue, and retention to the appropriate management teamsLead the development of long-term plans for the Pest products and business that energizes and motivates the cross-functional team as well as current and future customers.Collaborate with Product Marketing on competitive analysis and pricing strategy developmentWork with customer-facing operations, including sales and marketing to set goals, evaluate results and drive improvementsWhat You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related fieldAt least 7 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role10+ years’ experience in high-growth B2B vertical SaaS or related industries Proven experience with business and strategy development processesOutstanding poise in a fast-paced business environmentSuperior leadership skills with a focus on communication and collaborationProven ability with financial and budgetary processesPrior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trendsStrong analytical ability and problem-solving aptitudeBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
