Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description:Integral Ad Science is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections) with industry experience, to join its APAC Finance team. The accounts receivable team works on an on-going basis with their increasing list of APAC and International customer accounts, ensuring collections are made and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. This role would suit someone who has had some to 2 years’ experience within a finance/accounting department and who would like to grow and develop their finance career as part of an established team.What you will doFollowing up with customers for payments for overdue balances by phone and emailEnsuring customers adhere to their payment termsSending Statements of accounts to customersConducting weekly meetings with the Internal Team to discuss portfolio updates and suspension of service for certain customersRequesting remittance advice and allocating outstanding payments APAC RegionBuilding on-going relationships with the Sales & Billing teamEnsuring queries are resolved in a timely manner according to the SLA in place using SalesforceCurrent operating systems include Workday, Salesforce and G-Mail SuiteWorking within the accounts receivable team to ensure company targets are metChecking billing data for new and existing clientsWorking autonomously in handling assigned portfolioCollaborating effectively and supporting other team membersWhat you will needBachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a similar roleWillingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail skillsIdeally proficiency in Salesforce or relevant Accounting/Collections platformStrong communication skillsAble to build internal as well as external stakeholder and client relationshipsA determined & driven self-starter able to meet deadlinesProficiency in Excel Full working rights requiredAbout Integral Ad Science Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a leading global media measurement and optimization platform that delivers the industry’s most actionable data to drive superior results for the world’s largest advertisers, publishers, and media platforms.
