For team in Berlin-Dreilinden is looking for: Intern Delivery and Returns UX (f/m/d), - from now on, for 6 months - full time - hybrid work model You will be part of the Delivery & Returns Experience team in Dreilinden. The team is responsible for conceptualizing and developing eBay’s retail standards innovations in Germany. We work with the business units to identify market needs, and with Product teams to develop solutions and dynamically execute our go-to market strategy to test, learn, and iterate. During your internship, you can expect exciting tasks in various projects. Core responsibilities: · Support the project manager and the management team in the implementation of projects· Independent implementation of smaller projects and sub-projects· Conduct user experience teardowns · Collect and analyze data resulting to actionable insights that would feed into business cases and projects· Create dashboards to keep team updated with key figures· Support in creating presentations Your profile:· Very good academic achievements, preferably in the fields of business, economics, management, product/tech development, computer science, or other related field.· Analytical skills, a high level of commitment and very good communication skills.· Proficient in SQL and dashboard creation· Very good MS Office skills (esp.
