This role is very similar to a ‘business product manager’ role. It requires a strong, multi-skilled, pro-active problem-solver who starts with customer needs and works with the entire organization to ensure the eBay experience best meets those needs. You will partner with global product teams to solve for and absorb any Canadian complexities associated with their projects. You will prepare business cases, customer stories, and/or functional requirements as necessary in pursuit of internal product investment and prioritization. You will use data to monitor product health for anomalies and ensure any major sites issues are reported and resolved. This role is one degree removed from the engineers and scrum teams; instead, in this role, you will be partnering with technical product managers in the Product organization.Ideally this role will be based in Toronto, but in special cases we are open to remote working. The role will report to the Head of Product & Operations at eBay Canada.
