You are willing to wear many hats and roll up your sleeves to get things done for the customersYou have a consistent track record of using data driven decision and insights to drive product roadmaps and outcomes in leading technology companiesYou thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, evaluating priorities, and efficiently leading a team of product managersYou possess outstanding communication skills – verbal, written and presentation abilities. Capacity to deal with sophisticated analytics and summarize key findings and business implicationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree and above. Degrees in quantitative areas (Stats, Math, CS, etc.) MBA / MSC preferred7 + years of experience in product management roles in technology companies with growing scope and responsibilities. E-commerce experience preferredExhibit leadership presence. Be comfortable in leading discussions with executive leadershipComfortable sorting through ambiguity and the ability to drive towards a practical business impactResilient. Design and iterate quickly, learn from mistakes. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
