Help the business prioritize analytical deliverables and manage their expectations.Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand advertising opportunities for the business.Measure and interpret the impact of GTM and sales initiatives with sellers.Develop and deliver the business story from the analysis and effectively communicate this to business and finance partners.Providing regular updates on business performance to finance, cost, and promotional teams.Insight Analytics including, cost estimation, forecasting, target setting, ad-hoc deep dives etc.Identify, extract, and analyze relevant information from multiple data sources.Keep business on track for budget forecast, spend management, contract management within eBay compliance guidelines.Lead business cadence and planning processRequirements4+ years’ experience as a Business Insights Manager/Insight Analyst/COS preferably within advertising, e-commerce, media, digital marketing, or consultancy environmentProven ability in clearly defining a problem, collating the required information, analyzing the results, and presenting findings and recommendations.Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.Strong data modeling skills with commercial business acumenAdvanced level skills in Tableau and Excel are a must, SQL preferredExperience of working with big data, including data extraction & optimization techniques, and reporting/visualization, using data visualization toolsExcellent communication skillsExcellent project management skillsBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
