The team is also responsible for building software for warehouse operations including integration with custom hardware, RFID readers & mobile devices on android platform.About the role:We are seeking an expert technical lead engineer/manager for this team that has the skills to help lead and deliver the projects in Authentication technology on time and with high quality. The role requires to design, architect & build solutions to requirements & lead & manage a team to dedicated engineers to deliver them also working closely with product managers.Requirements:Lead & Manage a dedicated engineering team mixed of both backend and frontend engineersDefine, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems focused on Authenticating high value luxury itemsDrive architecture discussions, produce well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviewsCollaborate closely with peers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Partners, Quality Engineers, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet functional and non-functional standards and expectationsEstimate engineering effort, plan execution cycles, and rollout system changesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 10+ years of hands-on experience in building large-scale distributed systemsExcellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures and algorithms.
