To help accomplish this objective, eBay is in search for a Director of Culture & Experiences to integrate culture, connecting employee experiences throughout eBay and across the globe. This leader will serve as brand and culture ambassador for the People team, partnering across eBay to strengthen the employee experience by amplifying eBay’s culture.The ideal leader is passionate and has a proven track record of building culture and communities, creating comprehensive communication plans, and can inspire change at global scale. This candidate has the ability to connect the company’s strategy to culture, creating experiences that drive velocity. This will require someone with exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across a global organization.Key Responsibilities:Create the strategy to elevate eBay’s culture and experiences, building communities and connecting employees to eBay’s DNA.Partner closely with Communications, DEI, People Operations, and other leaders globally, to improve onsite and remote employee experiences.Evaluate and improve processes by listening to employee feedback and engagement surveys, and monitoring and measuring the health of eBay’s culture.Cultivate moments of magic by building employee programs that recognize achievements and champion a celebratory culture.Advance the employee experience capability, making the connection between Culture and Experience, evangelizing products and services, and delivering the employee value proposition.Requirements:8+ years of diverse experience in communications, operations, and/or human resources.Demonstrated communications, program management, events, culture and experience capabilities.Ability to synthesize data, translate to insights and break it down into actionable recommendations that support the strategy.Strong operational rigor and the ability to lead large scale programs across a global organization with experience in driving cross-functional programs of a complex organization.Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong and deep relationships both within the team and across the organization to drive resultsExceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience addressing and influencing senior leadersBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
