If you’re interested in joining a purpose driven community that is dedicated to crafting an ambitious and inclusive work environment, join eBay – a company you can be proud to be with.Responsibilities / TasksBe part of the global eBay Motors team and drive key Motors projects in close cooperation with multi-national partners and stakeholders.Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements and processes together with cross-functional product and business teams.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to eBay Motors success.Stay updated on industry trends and standard processes, and seek opportunities to improve business operations, contributing to the team's overall growth and efficiency.Prepare and coordinate executive presentations on Motors strategy and initiatives.Define key metrics for success and drive progress against achievements for projects.Develop and communicate project results and success stories within the organization.Requirements5+ years of hands-on experience in business development, project management or corporate strategy, preferably in the Automotive or Parts & Accessories area.University degree in Economics, Business Management, or comparable experienceStrong communication skills in German and English (both fluent) to navigate within a global corporate environment.Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech desirable.Organized problem solver with a data-driven approach to decision making. Comfortable and hands-on with data and analytics.Ability to drive projects to success with high degree of ownership and commitment to results.Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a must, Tableau and SQL preferred.Hybrid job setup: Home Office is possible – a certain number of days in the office to collaborate with the team is required.Don’t meet every single requirement?
