This role will have a close partnership with category marketing leads, project managers and Global Planning leads, focusing on key objectives, campaign prioritization & planning. Success in the role will require effective resource planning efforts grounded in data, clear and critical thinking when reviewing campaign prioritization, passion for strong customer experience flows, ability to collaborate well with multiple team members across the organization, being results-oriented to help drive enhanced customer experience and being able to adapt to a quickly changing environment.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversee campaign planning workflow from campaign submission to production of assetsPrioritize campaign intake requests against quarterly plans, annual goals and strategic objectivesLead bi-weekly resource allocation workflow and manage ongoing changes & updates as neededMonitor creative team & agency workload and overall bandwidth, working with team leads on high-priority projectsFacilitate collaboration between marketing teams, creative teams and agency partnersPartner with vertical and marketing squads on quarterly campaign roadmaps and initial resourcing reviews, supporting key initiativesIdentify and scale difficulties and areas of efficiency, recommending process adjustments as neededWork closely with marketing operations partners to connect teams and projects to ensure a complete and comprehensive view of the workAdditional marketing and creative operations tasks as requestedEducation & Experience:University degree or relevant work experience2-4 years of marketing experience, specifically in website/customer experience marketingRequired Skills:Proven project-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritizeTop-notch interpersonal skills with a team-player attitudeStrong attention to detail with the sense of responsibility for the flawless execution of assigned taskAnalytical proficiency with the ability to leverage data driven insightsBenefits are an essential part of your total compensation for the work you do every day.
