Blue Yonder Title:  Enterprise Solution Architect (Planning POD - Customer Success - LATAM)Other Comparable titles:  Enterprise Architect, Managing ConsultantOverview:Blue Yonder is a leading SaaS and AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions software product company, and a Glassdoor “Best Places to Work” employer.We are seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to join the Delivery Services team where the core focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions.Scope:Leverage years of industry, functional and technical experience for transformational projects/programsCore responsibilities include working directly with customers to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and design technical solutions to meet those needs.Facilitate technical workshops and design/integrate best in class solutions using a suite of products, such as Demand, Fulfillment, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Luminate, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.Our current technical environment:Software: Blue Yonder modules for Supply Chain Planning and Optimization (SCPO), Luminate Demand, Luminate Store FulfillmentCloud Architecture: Blue Yonder’s deployments on MS Azure and various third party software solutions such as SQL Server, Oracle, Windows, Linux, MuleSoft, APIs, etc.What you’ll do:Serve as a functional liaison and contribute to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.Contribute to Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations.Provide thought leadership to customers in the areas of industry best practices and process methodology.Provide input to Project Manager(s) in project timeline, resources, deliverables, and milestones.Conduct End-to-End Design sessions, providing oversight and guidance to a team of Solution Architects to ensure successful interpretation of business requirements to Blue Yonder solution functionalities and best practices.Lead facilitation of end-to-end system integration discussions and coordinating issue resolution ownership from user acceptance testing output.Lead a project team in design and development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and UI workflow to ensure smooth integration between technical and functional business requirements. Manage procedural and system documentation throughout the project.Provide level 3 user support during the "Go Live" periods and verifies that the solution provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects.Communicate business cases to Product Management Group and Product Development regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.Interact with Product Management Group and Product Development regarding new releases and new functionality and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the project team(s).What we are looking for:Minimum 10+ years of demonstrable experience delivering Advanced Supply Chain Planning solutions end-to-end, ideally in the manufacturing and/or retail industries.Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.Demonstrable experience in both Functional and Technical architecture of Blue Yonder solutions, such as Fulfillment, Demand, Demand 360, ESP, Order Optimization, Inventory Optimization, and/or Sequencing is strongly preferred.  Experience with multiple solutions is strongly preferred.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, supportive, and productive relationships with customers, partners, and consultants.Confident proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions.Experience in managing and mentoring a small team of junior associates.Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout LATAM, United States and/or Canada.  Up to 50% travel.#LI-RemoteOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
