Overview:Blue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, experience in product management, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of supply chain software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative and market-leading solutions to our customers.Scope:Lead the development and launch of new products, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on the visionCollaborate across all departments within Blue Yonder as well as our partners to ensure the success of our products in the marketplaceOur current technical environment (optional):Own and manage SaaS native, microservice based productsWhat you’ll do:Act as subject matter expert in Warehouse Management, Store Fulfillment, Cross Docking, and SlottingManage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including driving product launches, measuring product performance, and making data-driven decisions on product enhancements and retirementsConduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisionsDefine and articulate the product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growthDevelop and implement new product roadmap supported through voice of customer and market researchPrioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business goalsCommunicate/clarify roadmap use cases and requirements to product owners and product developmentConduct requirements analysis and coordinate with other product management team members to ensure cohesive portfolio designWork with design and engineering teams to create product prototypes and user experiences that meet customer needs and exceed expectationsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning for new productsProvides support to Support Services and Implementation Services on complex customer issuesLead and mentor product owners and contribute to building a strong product management culture across the organizationDemonstrates software to customers. Encourages internal development of associatesParticipates in Support Services initiated issue resolutionPartners with the SIG Chair to manage the activities of the groupDevelops and executes pricing strategyRepresent the company and products at industry events and trade showsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in field working with Store Operations, Warehouse Operations or experience as a Product Manager in a software company focused on Warehouse Management, Store Management, or ecommerce with 1 to 2 years of experienceProven track record of bringing successful products to marketStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with supply chain software and technology is a plusFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus#LI-Remote*LI-HH-------------------------------------------Salary Range: $ $83,160K-$139,266K-------------------------------------------The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
