Sr. Instructional Designer (Learning, Adobe Captivate, Storyboard)

Overview:As a Senior Instructional Designer at Blue Yonder, you will develop classroom training and eLearning using effective instructional design methodologies to meet the learning goals of employees, customers, and partners.The nature of training content will be product-specific, functional, technical, and process-centric only.What you’ll do:You will Adhere to JDA approved design standards and templates for the development and delivery of all training curricula.  Completes assigned training design and development projects within established timeframes.  Designs and develops training solutions using industry accepted authoring tools that are aligned with department standards.  Designs and develops training solutions using multiple media and blended approaches (including instructor-led training, job aides, self-study and e-learning, etc.).  Develops curricula for specific job roles to define learning paths for target audiences.  Develops training content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Develops training materials including learning objectives, outlines, leader guides and participant materials within established timeframes. Manages projects from inception to completion and adapts accordingly to changing priorities.  Provides content that supports JDA's overall revenue goals.  Provides expertise for customer education projects and assists in design and delivery strategies for education.  Responsible for completing training needs assessment, analysis, and solution using JDA's Go-To- Market Strategy.  Works with associates to ensure content is effective globally, including addressing issues such as local language and technical standards.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3-6 years of experience in instructional design.
