Blue Yonder Title:Program Manager – Retail/CPGOther comparable titles:Delivery Manager, Agilist, Software Implementation Project Manager, Consulting Project ManagerOverview:Seeking a program leader with a strong functional and technical foundation in the supply chain space delivering enterprise SaaS solutions in Retail Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Labor Management.  Experience in Retail line of business is ideal.We value individuals with a desire to implement cutting edge AI/ML based SaaS solutions and a strong sense of urgency when faced with obstacles.The ability to quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with customers through the implementation process is a must.Scope:Core responsibilities to include leadership and management of complex projects / programs which may have multiple projects, partners, and cross-functional internal teams.The extended team is comprised of Project Managers, Program Managers and Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers servicing Retail and Manufacturing customers in the Americas.Our current technical environment:Smartsheet, Workday, Upland, SharePoint, JIRA, Salesforce, BY Sales & Operations Planning, and full MS Office Suite.What you’ll do:Leverage your functional and technical skillset to manage programs, identify potential challenges and risks.Keep the teams on track with delivery plans and apply creative solutions to recover when necessary.Adopt an ‘everyone is in sales’ mentality to identify additional opportunities which would drive value for Blue Yonder customers.Confidently lead Blue Yonder customers new to the SaaS journey; pulling in the right team members from across the organization at the appropriate time.What we are looking for:Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large projects / programs in the supply chain space in Retail.Prior experience with Retail Planning, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Labor Management.Experience in leading enterprise-level integration projects using various API management platforms, integration architecture and integration methodologies.Demonstrable ability to adapt various project management methodologies, particularly Agile.A personable, trusted advisor demeanor with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with leadership, peers, customers, project reports and cross-functional teams, quickly instilling trust in your leadership.Proven track record with exceptional follow-through and excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with BY solutions is a plus.A heightened sense of urgency with a sincere passion for quickly delivering value for customers.-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is $115,600.00 - $167,650.00The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
