Scope:This individual will provide support on various value-based engagements. Utilize value engagements to drive Blue Yonder sales opportunities. This individual will work with the Sales and the presales team in Retail/Manufacturing/Execution Supply chain space across the world. Seeking an astute individual that has a strong Supply chain knowledge with the additional ability to be part of the Sales organization to work on business analysis projects. What will you do :•Respond to Request for proposals/Request for information for the primary Solution Set/Portfolio.• Author content for new functionalities for primary solution set/Portfolio.• Perform all the tasks provided in day to day work with little or no guidance.• Upload final documents, communications, data and files to document repository.• Use independent judgment to create, analyze and execute documents for sales team.• Effectively communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all functions of Blue Yonder to effectively drive the achievement of goals. • Complete assigned work within the allotted time. • Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates. • Records time and expense into the time entry system. • Assists on various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department.What awe looking for :•3-5 years of experience as an RFP Specialist or writing, editing, and coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs, including government bids (federal, state and local). •Experience directly supporting a sales organization, experience in managing a library of information that can be accessed and used easily. •Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines. •Excellent team player with ability to motivate cross-functional teams. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing for sales/marketing needs in a technical environment. •Experience leveraging CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce) required. •Experience working on content management tools (i.e., Qvidian) required. •Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion. •Strong interpersonal relationship building skills. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve to well-judged decisions. •A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. •Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization. •Diploma/Degree specialization in Business, Communications or a related field. •Professional Certification in Proposal Management (e.g. APMP Professional Certification) is highly valued.
