Scope:Core responsibilities to include working with big datasets, analysis of data and present results through suitable dashboarding or reporting tools and mediums to clearly articulate business needs/trends and patterns in the data.Work with a customer centric mindset along with solution consultants, regional industry experts and data scientists to solve customer challenges using BY’s AI/ML driven planning solutionsThe team currently comprises of about 12 associates based out of India is part of a larger Presales organization comprising of solution advisors, business consultants and data scientist across the globeThe incumbent will need to demonstrate leadership qualities to also mentor junior and mid-level software associates in our teamResponsibilities:Individuals will work on projects where he/she will be responsible for wrangling of data, validation of data confirming to pre-defined set of rules, analysis of datasets.Generate insights from the data provided and identifying gapsAbility to propose assumptions and work-around when data integrity is not met, or missing data is observed.Identify areas of improvement and scope of automation on routine tasks or activitiesCo-ordinate with various teams within presales and outside such as product development, platform, consulting etc. to come up with innovative solutionsIndividual should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal & communication skills – verbal & written.Maintain sense of urgency and swiftness with all customer interactionsBring a value driven mindset in all tasksDocument learnings and create knowledge articles for repeated casesHelp in meeting team level goals and be a team playerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reportingDesired skills and experience:3+ years of experience in data validation, cleaning, wrangling, transformation, analysis and generating insights using larger datasetProficient in Python - Understands and uses pandas, numpy and other scientific libraries effectively and efficiently.Ability to create dashboards using reporting tools like Tableu, Power BI, etc. to present data analysis to end usersStrong knowledge of any one database (Oracle, Exasol, etc.)Basic knowledge in supply chain domain and knowledge of AI/ML concepts will be added advantageExperience in working on Azure platform will be added advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Has a technology driven mindset - passionate to learn new tools, languages, and frameworksExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
