The Blue Yonder Data Science and Machine Learning team works closely with sales, product and engineering teams to design and implement the next generation of retail solutions. Data Science team members are tasked with turning both small, sparse and massive data into actionable insights with measurable improvements to the customer bottom line. They use rigorous analysis and repeatable processes to implement both black box and interpretable models. Our Machine Learning Platform ingests data in real time, processes information from millions of retail items to serve deep learning models and produces billions of predictions on a daily basis.ScopeThe Project Manager (Scrum Master) will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. They will create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.They will oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring that tasks are being completed on time and within budget. Seek feedback and incorporate any necessary adjustments or refinementsMonitor the progress of each deliverable throughout the project's lifecycle. Use project management tools and techniques to track completion rates, identify delays, and take corrective actions as neededConduct Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives effectivelyCoach the team in adopting agile principles and practices, helping them embrace the agile mindset and valuesCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized and refined product backlogRemove impediments and foster an environment that enables the team to be efficient and self-organizingDrive formal agile and release management best practices, as well as initiatives to track and improve upon various quality initiatives within Product DevelopmentWhat we are looking for6+ years of Project Management experience and understanding technical requirements and scopes2+ years of scrum master experienceBachelor’s Degree (STEM) in computer Science, Masters is preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferredStrong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and risk managementStrong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologiesStrong Experience with ML/AI products in a SAAS environment with Agile tools, such as Jira and Confluence ( REQUIRED)Ability to organize and prioritize work, work independently and within ambiguity, produce deliverables, establish realistic goals and deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesExperience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelySolid understanding of project management methodologies and toolsPreferable skills and experienceKnowledge of supply chain domainExperience working with geo distributed cross-functional groupsDemonstrated ability of technical mentoring and coachingSelf-Starter with the ability to remain flexible and learn new technologies quicklyDemonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Machine Learning concepts and applications, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and Python programming for ML*LI-AD1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $126,441.00 – $159,435.00The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
