Overview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.Scope:Ability to visualize solution and translate customer or PMG business requirements into functional design solution.Ability to work with more than one scrum team to accomplish delivery targets with respect to feature completeness and quality aspectsAbility to make tactical decisions about product direction and be able to contribute to strategic decisionsAbility to work with members from other departments like customer support and salesAbility to define and take accountability of definition of done for a feature.What you’ll do:Works with all levels of Blue Yonder associates in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs and testing.Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.Ensures the security and integrity of corporate assets and intellectual property. Ensures compliance with the internal and external company policies and proceduresHandles activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Exercises judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within generally defined practices and policies.Ability to articulate functional and non-functional requirementsDefine acceptance criteria for stories in each sprintCore responsibilities to include functional designing (along with counterparts and team members) a ground up cloud native (we use Azure) SaaS product in store operations (Retail domain).What we are looking for: 10+ years of industrial or domain experienceRetail domain experience is mandatoryPossesses deep functional knowledge of a product and an understanding of the solution suite domain.Experience in building SaaS based application/next gen solution in Retail domain, preferably Back Office SystemExposure to customer interaction and able to communicate on product capabilities to themMentor or guide junior team membersQuality focused development, define stories, definition of done, story/feature sign offExperience in nailing down the product and identify/recommend on how differently the product can take the shape.Exposure to defining what is right for the product and articulate it better to the rest of the team.Exposure to think straight and aim at providing right set of functionalities to the core product though there are multiple ways in which it can be expected by many consumers.Preferably experience working in Agile methodologyParticipate in testing the software and guide QA’s during testing to ensure expected functionality is covered.Hands on SQL will be an added advantage.ReOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
