We count on our site reliability engineers (SREs) to empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance level to pursue their missions. . Key Objectives and Responsibilities: Write programs and being responsible for keeping them healthy, secure, and stable. Use Best practices in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), DevOps, automation, monitoring, logging, configuration management. Building and operating a scalable platform as shared infrastructure for our products and customer services on Microsoft Azure with either Python or Java, using tools and technologies such as Azure Front Door, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Help to establish and monitor SLIs and SLOs to ensure our platform is meeting its obligation in delivering a reliable solution. Continuous analysis and improvement of security, performance, and availability of distributed systems. Strengthening the automation and robustness of our cloud infrastructure with failover mechanisms, monitoring, alerting, using tools and technologies such as Azure, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch. Participate in Agile team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required skills and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related disciplineStrong experience of min 10 years+ experience developing, managing, or supporting distributed systems in a Cloud/IaaS environment through SRE or DevOps Architect level skills, Azure preferred.Exposure to Cloud Technologies and Cloud Delivery, CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc. Proficiency with at least one scripting / automation / OOL programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Groovy, Bash, and JavaExperience working with monitoring and visualization tools Kubernetes, Apache Mesos, OpenShiftExperience implementing best practices and industry standards for operational monitoring aligned to ITIL.5+ years’ experience working in a large, matrix–driven corporate environment desired.Proven track record of researching, understanding, and effectively applying Scalability and High Availability principles.Experience coordinating between support and development teams to ensure effective delivery of monitoring services to the end-user.Agile experience through Scrum or other similar Sprint-based delivery approaches preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced technical environment with increasing support demands and complexity.Ability to manage multiple priorities and assigned tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.Ability to collaborate and openly share ideas with a team of like-minded professionals.*LI-SR1------------------------------------------- The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
