Solution Architect

Overview:Blue Yonder is a leading SaaS and AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions software product company, and a Glassdoor “Best Places to Work” employer.We are seeking multiple Solution Architects and Sr Solution Architects to join the Delivery Services team where your core focus is to ensure customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions.Scope:Core responsibilities focus your efforts as the lead functional consultant for Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solution implementations for customers across the Greater China region.In this role, you will design best-in-class solutions using a suite of products, such as Fulfillment, Demand, Enterprise Supply Planning, Sequencing, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization, as well as being on the leading edge with our latest product innovations.You will be the functional liaison across of key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.What You’ll Do: Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies.Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes, with regarding.Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline.Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates.Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction.Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps.Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects.Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.What we are looking for:6+ years Supply Chain Planning related functional consulting experienceUnderstand supply chain planning basic concept and usual business issuesExperience with business process in different business areas includes Demand Planning, Material Planning, Master Planning, Distribution Planning and S&OP process, at least focus on one or two areasAbility to manage customer expectations in regard to business issues.Experience in managing the implementation of several various products at the same time and coordinating different partners within same project.Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent presentation and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or equivalent exp preferred.Business working experience for manufacture/High Tech industry is preferred.Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experiences on BlueYonder products are preferred.Supply chain planning functional design and implementation experiences on other SCM vendor solution are preferred, like SAP APO, Oracle EBS, Kinaxis RapidResponseHas technical sense and background is preferred.Extensive travel required (approximately 70%) Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
