This includes general employee experience questions and support HR matters globally. Global HR Helpdesk, HR Systems & General HR SupportEnsure global and country specific HR policies are implemented consistently throughout the companySupport for employee relations concerns across the companyVerify that internal policies and operations are compliant with local labor laws. Track and update knowledge of changes in HR legislationManages the Global HR Email inbox (Workday Case Management) by answering employee questions or directing to the appropriate owner of the processOversees and monitors personnel records.
