Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com . Job summary: This is a position within the QA engineering team working under the guidance of the QA manager, serving as our 508 testing specialist. The Senior Software QA Engineer must be a detail and process oriented, independent, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of experience testing software in diverse enterprise environments for multiple platforms. This position will report to the Director of Quality Assurance who is based out of our El Dorado Hills, California office. This position will accommodate work from home or remote operation. Occasional office presence may be requested for local employees. Responsibilities: Testing and verifying Keeper applications per our standardized QA process. Perform complete audits and validation testing on software and documents, based upon Section 508 and/or W3C WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines. Use Assistive Technologies, such as screen reader software (NVDA, JAWS), and Accessibility test tools. Write detailed findings to document identified issues and recommend potential solutions and best practices for remediation of accessibility violations. Work with Jira and Confluence to process tickets and document work as required. Work with Testrail to perform test cases and update test cases. Configure desktop and mobile operating systems and applications to conduct application testing. Work with web browsers and other tools including Jaws Inspect, NVDA, Colour Contrast Analyser CCA used within enterprise environments.
