Help us reimagine payments! We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to our PayNearMe team. This position will report to the Director, Product Marketing. What you’ll own and be responsible for: Develop and communicate an in-depth understanding of the payments industry, market trends, and evolving customer demands. Gain and apply a comprehensive knowledge of the company's payment software products and their competitive advantages. Build, maintain and understand customer personas and how to position products to meet their specific needs. Produce high impact, client-facing content including presentations, website content, blogs and more Quarterback go-to-market activities to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for product and feature launches (for example sales on how to message, position and sell our products) Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive product marketing strategy; track, measure and report against objectives Deeply understand, track, report and message against the competition, and arm our sales teams to compete with them effectively Build & maintain user & buyer personas and persona-based messaging Deliver product-related training across the company Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials, product messaging, and positioning.
