We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Sales Engineer, reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering. What you’ll do: You will have significant interaction with the Sales, Product and Merchant Onboarding teams while reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering. What you’ll own and be responsible for Partner with Sales Executives and Account Management to understand potential business opportunities at customers and prospects, including researching and understanding prospects' strategic initiatives and identifying potential solutions for the prospect's organization. Serve as the sales team subject matter expert on PayNearMe technology platform and services model in both internal and customer-facing aspects. Developing and giving demos of the PayNearMe platform for prospects and customers Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers Propose and scope solutions that transform the merchant’s payment experience Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to guide key functionality and benefits into core business value messages Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. Providing feedback to the PNM team about what the market is talking about Achieve sales goals and quotas on quarterly and annual basis Work with the sales exec to create relationships with customer contacts in technical and operational roles, and build credibility with all decision makers Work closely with the onboarding team to kick off new implementations and ensure all relevant solution design is documented and complete Assist sales team with answering RFP technical questions Work with sales team to document product gaps during sales process and communicate gaps to PNM product and engineering prior to contract signature
