About the role: The Junior Claims Analyst will work directly with the Senior Manager of Insurance Strategy and support other team members to ensure that Fairmatic delivers an industry-leading fast, fair and transparent claims service. As a Junior Claims Analyst, you will play an important role supporting the day-to-day running of Fairmatic’s claims operation. You will be required to support oversight of the claims portfolio, contribute to departmental projects and initiatives and interact with brokers, customers and vendors as needed. We are looking for a hungry, motivated and talented person who loves technology and analytics and wants to offer solutions that impact our customers positively. We would like you to be willing to open the hood and use data to bring business insight to our dynamic product offering. In this role you will work closely with our teams in the US, Europe and India. What you’ll do as our Junior Claims Analyst: Support the Claims Specialist and Operations Lead with day-to-day departmental tasks to ensure the smooth running of the claims organization Act as technical claims expert in partnership with the Claims Specialist and Operations Lead to provide TPA oversight Respond to and resolve customer, broker and partner inquiries and requests as required, including providing detailed claims status reports Review and evaluate commercial auto claim files to drive best practices Work cross-functionally to support projects, initiatives and deliver a high-quality service to our customers and partners
