Make An Impact VERSES is hiring a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing, on-brand graphics for various purposes – product marketing, presentations, website content and more. You’ll be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a dynamic team, we’d like to meet you. This role will report to our Chief Administration Officer. Essential Functions - a/k/a Your Mission Develop visual design concepts for a range of digital collateral, including website content, social media graphics, email marketing templates, infographics, systems diagrams, blog post banners and more Design and create high-quality graphical assets, including icons, illustrations, and imagery that reinforce the brand's visual identity Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure the graphics are on-brand and delivered according to project timelines Proficiency with rapid prototyping and low resolution ideation to solidify direction Maintain and update all design assets, including logos, branding materials, and style guides Savvy about when to build vs when to buy (stock images) Requirements 5+ years of experience in design A strong portfolio showing the breadth and depth of your imagination Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma Experience with 3D creation software such as Maya, Cinema4D, Blender Exceptional communication skills Highly organized and consistent (filenames, versioning, directory structures) Demonstrable appreciation of fonts, typography, and layout Great to Haves Experience building design systems Experience building brand identity from the ground up Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects Experience with professional video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro or Premiere Experience designing for print Benefits Aside from being a culture of highly engaged, really smart, collegial and energized people, at VERSES, we offer: Global virtual work environment (although some positions may need to operate within specific time zones) 100% Company paid medical, dental & vision benefits Financial and Mental Health wellness programs Paid time off includes: responsible time off policy (RTO), sick time complying with all State and Federal guidelines, and of course...
